“York x Harbour” is an urban shopping centre at the base of Sun Life Financial Tower (also known as One York) and Harbour Plaza Residences (also known as 90 Harbour). Stephenson was the structural designer for both of these developments, including the 170,000 SF of premium retail space spread over four storeys. Major tenants include Winners, Coppa’s Fresh Market, Mercatino Restaurant (including a 15,000 SF outdoor terrace), and Pure Fitness. The second floor connects to Toronto’s PATH system. York x Harbour also features one level of underground parking for retail customers available 24-7 and includes electric vehicle charging stations.
