25 York Street Office, commonly known as The Telus Centre, is located in the downtown Toronto.
Development consists of a 29-storey with a one million square feet of office space. The building also includes 3 levels of below grade parking and a 40 foot high glass parapet feature on the top of the building.

In addition to the size of the project there were some major challenges that had to be taken into consideration, such as:
Project is immediately adjacent to active rail lines, requiring the design of a crash wall to withstand the force of a locomotive being derailed.
The proximity to the rail lines also required incorporation of vibration isolation and also it was required to make provision for a future subway line.

The building is LEED Gold certified.
