Ten88 Townhomes will be located at 1088 Progress Drive in Scarborough, Ontario, and will be 3 blocks of three-storey stacked wood-framed townhouses with a total of 105 units supported on cast-in-place reinforced concrete garage roof slab with one level of underground with parking for 129 cars.

The structure consists of standard timber construction for the superstructure, with cast-in-place concrete for the ground floor transfer slab and underground parking.

The foundation consists of conventional strip and spread footings bearing on the native material. Structural challenges included the allowance for a number of wall transfers in the superstructure to accommodate the architectural layout of the units. There is also a stormwater management tank below the parking level to suit site services.
