20 Vic Office Building  and GO Parking Garage is a 194,000 square foot, ten-storey concrete and structural steel commercial building, located by the new Pickering Town Centre, has eight levels of office space and three levels of suspended parking, including two levels of GO transit parking.

The parking garage, with parking for over 1000 cars, is designed for future linking with the planned GO transit station and pedestrian bridge.
