The size of each building ranges between 85,000 – 125,000 sq.ft of rentable space. Stephenson Engineering Limited was retained by Crown Property Management Inc. to conduct a LEED®EB feasibility study and assist the client with achieving the Canada Green Building Council’s (CaGBC) LEED® Canada for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (LEED® Canada EB:O&M) Gold Certification.
