Originally constructed circa 1992 the townhousecondominium complex consists of 63 residentialunits arranged into 17 blocks. The townhouses are cladded in brick masonry and avariety of siding and have asphalt shingled roofs.
The common elements of the corporation consist of butare not limited to, hard and soft landscaping, exterior cladding, site services, etc. Stephenson Engineering was retained by Percel Inc.to perform a Class 2 and 3 Reserve Fund Study for the Corporation.
