Stephenson engineering is providing consulting services pertaining to the removal and storage of the existing limestone and granite cladding and re-installation at the first five stories of a new 58-storey mixed-use residential, office, and retail building at 88 Scott Street, Toronto, Ontario.
Although this is not a heritage building, in order to maintain its 1950’s architectural features, we kept in mind to restore/replicate the existing façade of the original first five stories.
