The 16-storey building at 88 Redpath is a high rise building located at the midtown Toronto. The apartment building was constructed around 1965. Vertica Resident Services intends to replace the balcony railings and repair any concrete that has deteriorated over time. Vertica would like to complete a separate building envelope investigation on the exterior masonry wall.
