The building tower at 155 University Ave. was constructed circa 1968. This building consists of two underground parking levels, twenty levels of office space and a penthouse.

The exterior cladding of the building consists of precast concrete panels and glazed window units set in metal frames.

Stephenson Engineering prepared the specifications and drawings for the replacement of the existing sealant between precast to precast concrete joints, precast concrete to metal joints, and metal to glazing joints, assisted with tendering, and successfully completed field review and contract administration services during construction.
