123 Front Street West, commonly known as the Citigroup Place, is located in downtown Toronto southwest of the intersection formed by York Street and Front Street West.

The building complex consists of two 21-storey towers, referred to as the East and West towers, connected by a glass atrium walkway at each floor. Originally constructed in 1983 and renovated in 2010.

Stephenson Engineering prepared the specifications and drawings for the replacement of the existing roof system at the East and West towers, assisted with tendering, and successfully completed field review and contract administration services during construction.
