Stephenson Engineering is currently involved in the structural engineering of this grand-scale new redevelopment on the LCBO Lands. It includes a combined 4,300,000 ft² of residential, office, retail, and parking space in four blocks.

It will have a 24-storey, 642,000 ft² commercial tower, two 67-storey residential towers with a 9-storey podium containing ground floor retail and a combined GFA of 1,100,000 ft², four residential towers (62, 67, 72, and 77 storeys) with an 8-storey podium, and a combined GFA of 2,500,000 ft², and a 3-storey, 50,500 ft² parking area.
