The 100 Adelaide Street West is located in the Toronto downtown core and is currently under construction. Development includes a 978,000 square foot 40-storey tower with five levels of underground parking.

The architectural design of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates Architects of New York incorporates inclined columns to achieve dramatic sloping effects. It also features 20 m clear height of enclosed garden on the top of the building which is attained with architectural exposed steel.

The historic 16-storey Concourse Building Art-Deco façade is designed to be incorporated into the base of the new tower.
The project is targeting LEED Platinum certification.
