The underground parking garage at 1 and 3 Concorde Gate in Toronto is a three level cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure. Constructed circa 1988, this parking garage has approximately 840 parking spaces.

Access to the garage is provided via a concrete-topped ramp at the northwest corner of the garage. The suspended levels, P1 and P2, are protected with a hot rubberized asphalt-waterproofing membrane with a mastic asphalt-wearing surface.

The expansion joints within the structure are filled with a rubberized asphalt compound. Stephenson Engineering Ltd. provided consulting engineering services including preparation of repair specifications and drawings, assistance with tendering and provision of contract administration services for the repair to the parking garage.
