The Saskatoon Civic Operations Centre will be a 440,000 ft² bus maintenance facility located on 180 acres in the Caswell Hill neighbourhood of Saskatoon. This project will be developed in two phases, with an estimated cost of $128 million.

Major features of the facility will include:
-Transit facility
-Fleet maintenance and equipment storage space
-Administrative space
-City yards
-Snow management facility
-Department offices from City Hall

The main facility will accommodate the following:
-Bus Garage Area – 269,000 ft² – 224 Bus Parking
-Bus Maintenance Facility -102,200 ft² – 29 Mixed Service Bays
-Office components and storage (enclosed building) – 69,000 ft^2
_Snow storage area – 1,270,000 ft²
