Client: A Design-Build Finance and Maintain project for Ontario’s Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services
Location: Etobicoke, Ontario

Toronto South Detention Centre Includes three-7 storey detention towers, an administration building, a food and laundry building, a Central Utilities Plant, and an Intermittent Centre.

The project consists of 1,650 beds for Toronto South Detention Centre with an additional 320 beds for the Intermittent Centre with total area of 846,000 square feet.
